Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 8 years of experience; Master's with 6 years of experience; PhD with 4+ years of experience (4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- →
Minimum of 2 years of relevant, direct experience with people or project leadership in manufacturing/production, operations, or engineering.
- →
Experience with SAP and Solumina
- →
Experience with AS9100D requirements
- →
Must be a US Citizen
- →
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance
- →
Project management experience in manufacturing and or engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- →
A Bachelors in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) field, or a Masters in a STEM field
- →
Experience providing innovative techniques focused on improving product designs and tooling assemblies or equipment.
- →
Continuous improvement implementation experiences that include problem solving, and leading project teams to improve flow and standardize processes.
- →
Supervisory/management experience.
- →
Lean Manufacturing Experience
