The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is seeking a PC Network Support Technician 4 to support information system lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Oklahoma City, OK location.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →High School diploma and 6 years of experience; OR an Associates degree and 4 years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience is required
- →Candidates must have a current US Government Secret clearance to be considered with the ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret clearance as a condition of continued employment
- →Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment
- →Candidates must have a Security+ certification or greater to be considered
- →Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, and Microsoft Office Product Suites
Requirements
~2 min read- Associate’s degree
- 5 years of experience with IT related hardware in a classified environment
- Active Top Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph
- Current HW and/or SW Vendor Certifications
- Experience in remote administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs, via SCCM or PowerShell
- Experience supporting VMware VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) with thin clients
- Operating System Cross-platform awareness (i.e. two or more: Windows, Linux, Solaris, OSX, UNIX, etc.)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA)

Primary Level Salary Range: $59,400.00 - $99,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
