This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
Requirements
~1 min read- Manage a team of pricing professionals who are engaged in the preparation of new business cost proposals, change proposals and task/delivery orders spanning all contract types
- Provide oversight, support to and review of all cost proposal products, participate in strategy development and the presentation of financial data to leadership
- Provide sector representation for major proposals and initiatives, including NAR/ICE and Color Team reviews
- Review all proposal pricing prior to delivery and senior executive review
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of pricing or business management experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of pricing or business management experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR or other applicable government regulations
- Leadership or people management experience
- Experience with U.S. Government, commercial and international proposals
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various disciplines and levels of management
- Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities in a schedule-driven environment
- Can effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset

Primary Level Salary Range: $146,600.00 - $219,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
