Responsibilities

→Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards
→Assist in the project management of various foreign statutory audits for corporate entities
→Coordinate statutory financial deliverables and manage audit requests
→Prepare clear and concise audit support, as needed
→Provide ad hoc financial data to key stakeholders
→Analyze underlying accounting records used in preparing statutory financial statements
→Conduct reviews of sector international financial statement filings
→Participate in internal and external kick-off meetings and status meetings

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 6 years of relevant work experience; Master’s degree or CPA may be traded for 2 years of experience. Master’s degree and a CPA may be traded to a total of 3 years of experience
Public Accounting IF directly relevant may count for up to an additional year of experience for each year of relevant experience

Proficient in MS Office Suite of tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional business process, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work on site at our Falls Church, VA office

Recent Big 4 or regional public accounting firm audit experience (minimum senior associate level)
Certified Public Accountant
Prior experience in aerospace & defense industry
Knowledge of SAP accounting system of record
Knowledge of Workiva financial reporting system

Primary Level Salary Range: $94,600.00 - $141,200.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
