Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Project Change Engineer This position is located in Roy, Utah and supports the Sentinel program.
Responsibilities
~1 min readOversee the development, request, and implementation of changes to the Program and technical baseline with a focus on ensuring changes are well understood, documented, and executed through the Program approved Change Boards. The Project Change Engineers bring a “cradle to grave” solution for Program changes.
- Develop change request packages and represent the package through the change board process
- Ensure change request package meets quality standards and is board ready
- Coordinate comment follow-up, resolution, and approvals
- Coordinate and provide input into impact assessments
- Coordinate resolution and closeout of board action items
- Interface with Configuration Management when submitting change requests and finalize change requests after board approval
- Ensure approved change requests are implemented prior to change request closure
- Follow through to ensure change requests are closed timely
Requirements

- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
- Current DoD Top Secret clearance
- Understanding of systems engineering principles and processes
- Direct experience using the DOORS Requirements Management Database
- Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering concepts and
- Subcontractor technical oversight experience
- 1 year of project management experience.

This position’s standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range: $59,900.00 - $89,900.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
