Our EIE Software organization is seeking a Sr. Principal Project Management to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals in Melbourne, FL.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 8 years of experience OR a Master’s degree in a (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 6 years of experience OR a PhD degree in a (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 4-years of relevant experience related professional/military experience that includes a background in leadership roles.
- →Your ability to transfer and maintain an interim Secret clearance and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
- →Experience in developing and managing processes across large organizations.
- →Experience with POST, Tableau, Lx Training tools, and ASTAR tracking.
- →Experience interfacing effectively with all levels of employees and Leadership.
Requirements
~2 min read- Proven experience supporting an Engineering Section, Department, Assistant Department Manager and/or Staffing Lead
- In-depth knowledge of the NGAS Engineering organization and its operation
- In-depth knowledge and experience with the NGAS resource management process inclusive of staffing, redeployment, and release processes
- Previous experience supporting broad initiatives led by VP, Director or DM
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills
- Experience developing and executing executive-level presentations and briefings.
- Microsoft Teams experience.
- Current and active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.
