Act as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
Collaborate with the Treasury Operations leads to ensure alignment on priorities, operational tasks, and escalation paths.
Support training and knowledge-sharing with junior team members as the team grows.
3–6 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Payments Operations, or a related financial services role.
Experience within a fintech, e-money institution (EMI), or Payment Institution (PI) environment.
Demonstrable hands-on experience with funding and settlement processes across multiple currency corridors.
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and/or other analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
Solid understanding of FX markets, liquidity management, and correspondent banking arrangements.
Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and payment platforms.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under time pressure.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction Treasury operations.
Professional qualification such as ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) Certificate or Diploma in Treasury, CFA, or equivalent.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to treasury and payments operations (e.g. PSD2, FCA requirements).
