We’re hiring our first product designer, which means you won’t just be designing features, you’ll be building the foundation for a design-driven culture at Niva. You’ll work closely with our co-founders, engineers, and customers to translate complex regulatory and technical processes into intuitive, modern experiences. This role is perfect for someone excited to tackle zero-to-one challenges and own design end-to-end.

Responsibilities

→Drive the full design lifecycle from ideation through implementation for Niva’s business verification platform, focusing initially on the data information architecture
→Partner with product, engineering, and founders to define intuitive experiences for complex problems
→Define and develop Niva’s design language and design system
→Help shape how design functions at Niva: processes and tools, but more importantly, values, and culture

5+ years experience working in product design role (particularly working on B2B SaaS)
Ability to move fast and iterate quickly in an early-stage environment
Prior experience building a design system
Experience with HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks like React. You don’t need to be an expert, but must have some experience translating your designs in Figma to a webpage
Passion for evangelizing design-thinking and excited about making design an integral part of our culture
