As our IT Application Service Manager you will be responsible for managing both the project implementations and the full life-cycle of our core SaaS applications, specifically EZ2XS (Zertic) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights, and Field Service Management). This role is pivotal in translating business requirements into functional solutions and ensuring the continuity and optimization of our application landscape.
In this role you will manage and optimize the EZ2XS & D365 SaaS platform for certification and inspection processes. You oversee configuration and management of modules including Quotation, Planning, Audit Execution, Certificate Cycle, and Invoicing. Next to that you coordinate releases and upgrades in collaboration with Zertic. You ensure seamless interfacing between EZ2XS, M365, and D365 (Sales & Business Central) and manage application environments including Acceptance, Test, and Production.
Next to that you:
Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional solutions.
Manage workflows, forms (XML coding), and report templates (HTML & CSS).
Oversee data validation and quality assurance within certification processes.
Draft user stories and functional specifications for platform enhancements.
Lead end-to-end implementation of EZ2XS within new Normec business units.
Coordinate change trajectories while balancing operational needs with compliance requirements.
Set up and monitor SLAs, service catalogs, and support processes and manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
Act as the operational point of contact and manage vendor relationships with Zertic and other SaaS providers.
Manage and mentor functional administrators, such as the Functional Manager.

Master degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field. However, practical experience and hands-on skills are equally crucial.
Preferably Microsoft certifications (Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant and/or Specialist D365 Sales & Field Service).
5+ years of experience in IT Application Management or a similar Service Lead role.
Strong knowledge of SaaS platform management and API integrations (D365/EZ2XS)
Proficiency in functional and technical configuration, including XML, HTML, and CSS coding.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, bridging the gap between business units, Group IT, and vendors
Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a significant advantage given the supplier location.
At least 5 years of experience in IT Application Management or a similar Service Lead role.
Proven experience in managing Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service) and complex SaaS implementations.
Demonstrated track record in vendor management and coordinating third-party developers.
