Breakfast Server

• →Set up the buffet daily, ensuring that all items are well-stocked, and break down the buffet after service
• →Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• →Serve water and/or coffee upon greeting the table
• →Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary
• →Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner
• →Observes guests to fulfill any additional request and to perceive when meal has been completed
• →Control quality and consistency of all food served
• →Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• →Total checks and accepts payment or refer guests to cashier
  
  

Please note that this is a full-time position and working hours start at 5:30am.

Pay rate for this position is $15.00/hr + tips
