Responsibilities

→Administer SQL Server, SQL Clusters, and standalone SQL databases
→Execute patching, installs, and routine maintenance
→Implement and test failovers, backups, and restores
→Support MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MS Access databases
→Troubleshoot database and application issues, including SharePoint
→Work ServiceNow tickets and RFCs within SLAs
→Monitor systems with Idera and SolarWinds and build dashboards
→Contribute to weekly activity reports

Requirements

4+ years of database administration experience, primarily SQL Server
Experience with SQL Clustering, T-SQL, and SQL scripting
Exposure to Oracle, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MariaDB
Experience creating and managing standalone SQL databases
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Nice to Have
