We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Scrum Master to lead high-performing Agile teams working on a large-scale software and hardware integration project, with a focus on ServiceNow environments. The successful candidate will be embedded within one or more agile teams operating under a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting process improvement, and ensuring team alignment with the broader Agile Release Train (ART) objectives. As a ServiceNow Scrum Master, you will promote agile best practices, remove obstacles to progress, coach team members, and help deliver continuous value to a mission-critical federal program. This position is 100% onsite at Scott AFB, IL, Fort Meade, MD, or Hill AFB (Ogden, UT). Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning. Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineers and Project Managers to drive solutions. Enforce Scrum rules, coach teams on SAFe/Agile principles, and guide teams toward agile maturity. Collaborate closely with Product Owners to define user stories and prioritize backlog. Track and share team metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and delivery flow. Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. Maintain information radiators and ensure transparency of progress and delivery metrics. Provide mentorship to junior Scrum Masters and support cross-team coordination across the ART. Requirements Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required. Active DoD Secret clearance required. Bachelor's degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 2–6 years. Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree. Certification: CSM, SSM, or PMI-ACP. Experience working as a Scrum Master in technical or software development teams. Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira). Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to work onsite full-time at one of the designated locations. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to ServiceNow modules such as TSM, TNI, or OMT. Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/SAFe transformations. Knowledge of AWS cloud and ServiceNow certifications. Experience transitioning from legacy applications to new systems. Previous experience with large-scale software systems including hardware integration. Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Apply Now!
