• →Obtains job orders from sales team and clarifies all requests to ensure accuracy
• →Maintains steady workflow to coincide with delivery time commitments to patients
• →Notifies the leader on duty of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
• →Receives incoming work, traces frames, stages incoming and outgoing work according to workflow
• →Flexibility to move throughout the function as work demand requires
• →Performs related duties as directed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a lab or optical lab environment preferred
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, etc.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Results driven individual
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
