Job Requirements

• Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills since you are addressing the customer through a video call. Always with a clear portrayal of the professional clinical work environment.
• Full attention to detail.
• Ability to document all interactions and provide all information needed for a complete eye examination.
• Ability to work under pressure

Job Profile:

• Must be able to handle a high volume of patient appointments
• Ability to adapt to new practices and receive feedback
• Assist customers with a warm friendly face and body language, this includes an excellent personal presentation
• Provide accurate and clear information regarding the services in question
• Work collaboratively with the internal team
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) is preferred
• At least a year of customer service experience. Call Center or Optical preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus!
