We are hiring a full time Founding Full Stack Software Engineer to take ownership of the medical-grade software behind our wearable products. You will drive execution, with broad ownership of our full-stack architecture spanning app development, frontend, backend, and data systems. Working closely with the CTO, you will shape and strengthen our products into robust and secure systems that meet the requirements of a regulated MedTech environment.
In this role, you will deepen your expertise in regulated medical software, secure system design, and real-world device integration. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and effectiveness of our technology that helps people improve their movement and quality of life.
We use Flutter, Go and postgress. We have a workign stack that needs to be expanded, managed and improved.
- Make software development look easy and fun
- Own and evolve our full-stack architecture, including app development, data models, and deployment strategy
- Build end-to-end full-stack features and data workflows, including reliable device-to-cloud ingestion, validation, user-facing dashboards, and processing of real-world sensor data
- Operate and improve production systems, including CI/CD, monitoring, logging, alerting, performance optimization, and incident handling
- Establish engineering practices such as code reviews, automated testing, documentation standards, and controlled release processes
Requirements
~1 min read- You have taken a system from early stage to production and kept it running, from architecture decisions to technological choices
- Proven backend development experience with services, APIs, and data processing pipelines in Go, python
- Hands-on experience setting up and operating cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production environments
- Experience in frontend implementation (Best Flutter, React)
- A healthy and balanced use of AI systems
- Experience with security fundamentals in production (authentication, authorization, secure data handling)
- Experience in regulated software development
- Hardware integration or real-world sensor data experience
- Real time biodata
