Housekeeper / Family Assistant Position (Naples, FL)

Schedule: Monday, Thursday & Friday 11:00AM–3:00PM; Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00AM–1:00PM
Guaranteed Hours: 20 hours per week

A family in Naples is seeking a meticulous, highly organized Housekeeper / Family Assistant for a long-term, live-out position. This role is mainly about keeping a beautiful home in immaculate condition and helping the household run smoothly day to day.

This role suits someone detail-oriented who takes pride in a well-kept home. The family values an organized household where everything has its place. They’re looking for someone dependable and positive who can follow their household systems closely. A polished, well-groomed appearance is expected.

Your day will include housekeeping, laundry, kitchen upkeep, grocery shopping, and errands. Mom is home during the day with the family’s two young children, ages 1 and 2. Each day, you’ll spend a short time helping Mom with the baby, so childcare experience is required. You may also occasionally join family outings. The home has a swimming pool and a large, friendly dog.

Responsibilities:

• Keeping the home clean, tidy, and organized to a precise standard
• Washing floors throughout the home
• Deep cleaning bathrooms
• Laundry for the household, including washing, folding, and putting items away exactly as directed
• Dishes, kitchen cleaning, and keeping counters and appliances spotless
• Organizing closets, pantry, playroom, and common areas, and resetting spaces throughout the day
• Making beds and refreshing bedrooms
• Grocery shopping, restocking, and keeping household supplies inventoried
• Running errands, including returns, pickups, and drop-offs
• Helping Mom with the baby for a short time each day
• Occasionally joining family outings as needed
• Helping with general household needs as they come up

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Previous professional housekeeping or household assistant experience
• Childcare experience, ideally with infants or toddlers
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
• Reliable vehicle and comfortable driving for errands
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with very high personal standards for cleanliness and organization
• Able to follow precise household systems and preferences exactly as directed
• Comfortable around a swimming pool and a large dog
• No pet allergies
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Trustworthy, reliable, cheerful, proactive, and team-oriented
• Long-term, live-out commitment
