ABC 17 News is looking for a Morning Anchor/MMJ with a superior on-air presence, strong editorial instincts, and a genuine passion for journalism. This is not a read-the-prompter role. We want someone who is deeply invested in the news, actively engaged in the newsroom, and eager to help shape the stories we tell and how we tell them. The right candidate will be a newsroom leader who works collaboratively with the morning team, champions our brand, and helps ensure every newscast reflects our commitment to urgency, accuracy, and viewer-focused storytelling. This is an opportunity for an enterprising journalist who wants to do more than deliver the news—to help drive it.
