Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Fill clave with 3 tubs
- →Pull out the 3 tubs after 1 ½ hour
- →Check 1 tub each time a shot comes out- takes about 10 minutes
- →Take the tubs to final line and make sure they are full at the robot. Final line goes through 3 tubs in 1 ½ hours
- →Trim the other side of tubs at prepress
- →Cover breaks for prepress
- →Review everything on the check paper, plus a flashlight check which isn't required
- →Perform a wet on test on 550 parts
- →Runs Clave
- →
- →Assists trimming tubs
- →Responsible for their paperwork
- →Take shot tubs to final line
- →Load/unload tubs at both Clave and Prepress
- →Responsible for ALL cullet boxes in their areas
- →Required to assist in training of others.
- →Adhere to 5S and housekeeping standards and responsible for clean-up of work areas upon completion of tasks.
- →Other duties as assigned.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to utilize a Human Machine Interface (HMI)
- Basic knowledge and experience with hand tools
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read a ruler and work with fractions
Requirements

- Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Occasionally exposed to plant environment including noise, dust, dirt and vibrations, extreme climate changes / changes in weather
- Willing to work shift work and assist in other areas of department or site as needed.
- The incumbent must be able to work rotating 12 hours shifts.
