- Position: Clinical Coordinator
- Location: Evanston Hospital
- Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 40 hr/wk
- Hours: 11:30 pm - 7:30 am
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
- →Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
- →Would assume direct patient care if necessary
- →Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
- →Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
- →Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills
- →Takes lead on clinical performance management
- →Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required, Master’s degree preferred
- →License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required
- →Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
- →Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred.
