CT Lead Technologist

$41.69 - $64.62 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Sign on Bonus: $10,000
• Location:  Swedish Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Full time: 40 hours
• Hours: Monday-Friday Days 7am-3:30pm, no weekends
•  Call: Yes

What you will need:

• License: IEMA license and ARRT Registered required
• Education: Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program 
• Certification: CPR Certification required; ARRT CT required
• Experience: 5 years of previous CT Technologist experience
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required

 

What you will do:

• As part of the Radiology Departments leadership team serves as a resource for the CT Imaging Technologists.
• Recommends changes in protocols/procedures, policies and monitors quality improvement
• Coordinates training and development of the Imaging Technologists and Clinical Imaging Assistants
• The CT Lead Technologist along with the team will follow established hospital policies, perform CT procedures per protocol, perform venipuncture and contrast injections.
• The CT Lead will act as a liaison/resource concerning the specialty area of CT for the radiologist, radiology staff and other departments.
