• Position: Lead RN – Medical Group

• Location: Glenbrook Hospital

• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours/week)

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:30PM

• Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

Responsibilities

→Onboarding of all new MA's including classroom instruction and clinical oversight in the individual's practice setting
→Work collaboratively with Learning and Development, Infection Control, Pharmacy and Lab to create, review and revise program content for both MA orientation and any ongoing training
→Assist in instruction and oversight of clinical competencies for MA's
→Train individual MA's to be validators in their respective practices
→Manage the ongoing implementation of the Cornerstone Program
→Maintain licensing and certification records for staff
→responsible for ongoing oversight and maintenance of CPR training and recertification for MG clinical staff
→Work with Practice Managers and Clinical Staff when requested to develop new competencies for either the MG as a whole or for specific specialty procedures
→Support the Regulatory Compliance Team in oversight of practices to assure compliance with TJC and other regulatory standards
→Traveling between sites is required

→Education: Bachelors Degree Required
→License: Current professional Nursing License in the State of IL required
→Certification: BLS-CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required
→Experience: Prior office or hospital nursing experience is required
