Position: Phlebotomist -Outpatient
Location: Elmhurst Hospital-Center for Health
Full-time: 1.0 FTE (40 hrs./week)
Hours: 10:30am -7pm and 6:30am-3pm; Various shifts Monday through Friday; Every other Saturday 6:30am-3pm; Occasional Sundays and weekends

Completion of a phlebotomy training program including a minimum of 100 clinical training hours
Current CPR (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Valid Illinois Driver's License and auto insurance
Starting rate: $19.25/hr.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Current CPR (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Valid Illinois Driver's License and auto insurance
Minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience required
