Position: X-Ray Technologist- ABUS Tech
Location: Gurnee, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time (20 hrs/wk)
Hours: Day shift, Monday-Friday
Required Travel: Travel to other sites required

Responsibilities

→Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
→Perform ABUS exam
→Verify orders are placed correctly
→Review imaging to ensure optimum quality
→Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner

→Education: Certificate or Associate’s degree from an accredited radiology program
→License: IEMA licensing required
→Certification: CPR certification required. ARRT registry eligible required within 1 year of employment
→Experience: Previous radiology experience preferred
→Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
