Radiology Technologist

•     Position: Radiologic Technologist I   

•     Location: Highland Park

•     Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem: PRN/Registry

•     Hours: As needed/Flexible- Days

•     Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs. or Per Diem Level 2: 73-110 hrs. or Per Diem Level 3: 111-144 hrs./ per 6-week schedule

•     Required Travel: Gurnee, Vernon Hills, HPH

• →Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
• →Perform radiographic exams
• →Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality
• →Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner

•     Education: Certificate or Associate’s degree from an accredited radiology program

•     Certification: CPR certification required. ARRT registry eligible required within 1 year of employment

• →License: IEMA licensing required

•     Experience: Previous radiology experience preferred

•     Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
