- SIGN ON BONUS: $25,000•Experience: .A minimum of 18 months of NICU/ISCU experience required to be eligible for the sign-on bonus.
- Position: Registered Nurse – Infant Special Care Unit
- Location: Evanston, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 36 hours per week
- Hours: 1900-0730, with weekend rotation
- Float: when needed
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU
- →Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
- →Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
- →Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- →Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
- →Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
- →Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA)
- →License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- →Experience: 1 year of acute care nursing experience or 1 year ISCU experience preferred
- →Unique or Preferred Skills: NICU/ISCU experience
