Care Center Supervisor

South Park Funeral Home is looking for a Care Center Supervisor to join our team in Pearland, TX where we offer a passionate and purpose-filled work environment. As the Care Center Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the care center, providing leadership, training, and support to embalmers and care center staff. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of preparation, compliance, dignity, and care while ensuring operational excellence throughout the entire preparation process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper chain of custody is maintained throughout the preparation process for the decedent; embalming, disinfecting, dressing, preparing, and casketing of the deceased using appropriate precautions and OSHA standards
• Train all staff and strictly enforce all logging, identification, casket and cremation procedures
• Always maintain reverence and respect for the deceased

Qualifications

• Current Embalmers license in Texas
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong commitment to providing the highest level of customer care
