NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Maintenance Employee at Mountain View Memorial Park in Lakewood, WA. • →General Facility Maintenance, including :
  • →Cleans and maintains the facility, performs minor repairs, painting, etc.
  • →Vehicle and equipment washing/cleaning
• →Groundskeeping, including:
  • →Cuts grass.
  • →Maintains lawn and trims around trees, walkways, and memorial markers
  • →Removes wilted floral arrangements
  • →Blows leaf and grass
  • →Edges with stick edger
  • →Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in a safe condition.
  • →Cleans ponds and fountains
  • →Hand digs/trenching
  • →Empties trash cans
• →Pressure washing parking areas as needed

• High school or equivalent education preferred
• This role requires the ability to perform essential physical tasks associated with groundskeeping and facility maintenance, including operating equipment, lifting and moving materials, and performing activities such as walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and balancing.
• 6 + months of experience in grounds keeping preferred
• Valid Driver's License
