→Manage project budget and oversee headcount processes within the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
→Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to meet strict monthly timelines and achieve investment deliverables, proactively addressing potential escalations.
→Develop and refine financial and operational reports to support project decision-making.
→Present financial insights to the Tech Lead, highlighting project performance, risk assessment, and areas for improvement.
→Provide financial guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
→Assist in monthly forecast updates and generate purchase orders to support platform operations.

A Bachelors degree or diploma, preferably in Business / Commerce
Minimum of 5 years in Accounts Payable and/or Contract management or PMO
Previous experience in financial governance roles for of work will be an added advantage
Knowledge of PMO analyst, finance processes, risk and project management standards
Knowledge of financial& business analysis skills
Familiarity with Coupa will be an added advantage
Attention to details
Team player with good communication skills
Solid skills in MS Office
