Inventory Manager (Chevrolet Lowell)

Location: Lowell, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 5 Days per Week, Including Saturdays
Reports To: General Sales Manager

Nucar Chevrolet of Lowell is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to help manage our new and used vehicle inventory.

This is a hands-on position working closely with our General Sales Manager to make sure vehicles are organized, properly displayed, accurately listed online, and ready for sale.

Automotive experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

  Keep the new and used vehicle lots clean, organized, and properly arranged.

  Make sure all vehicles have the correct window stickers, Buyers Guides, and required paperwork displayed.

  Ensure vehicles are photographed and listed correctly online.

• →

  Help stock new and used vehicles into our inventory system.

• →

  Keep track of incoming and outgoing vehicles.

• →

  Assist with dealer trades and moving vehicles when needed.

• →

  Work with the service and detail departments to get vehicles ready for sale.

• →

  Make sure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers.

• →

  Help keep track of vehicle keys and vehicle locations.

• →

  Perform regular inventory checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for.

  Communicate inventory issues or concerns to the General Sales Manager.

  Assist with other inventory-related tasks as needed.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

• Organized with good attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills.

• Dependable and able to work independently.

• Good communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and take direction.

• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.

• Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.

• Full-time, five-day workweek.

• Saturdays required.

• Two days off per week.

• Schedule determined by management.
