Senior US IT Recruiter

• 7+ years experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of technical roles & hiring lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search
• Excellent networking skills with a strong network of contractual agencies
• Excellent communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in US Shift
• A good understanding of US work authorization types such as H1B, GC, USC, etc.,
• Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills will be highly valued in this role.
