- Support the preparation of proposals.
- Generate opportunities for the development of tools within their category and/or client.
- Include recommendations for methodologies or analytics in presentations to address business questions.
- Identify the information needs of their key contacts.
- Responsible for helping their team achieve its sales objectives.
- Maintain close contact with the client, seeking to meet their information needs and align our strategy with the client's growth.
- Train clients to achieve a better understanding and appreciation of the tool and its application.
- Develop strategic cases for clients addressing a specific business question.
- Review databases, generate questions/insights, and follow up on cases.
- Prepare reports in Excel and PowerPoint that are outside the standard template.
- Develop analyses, briefs, and practical cases requested by clients and prospects.
- Follow up on their career development plan.
- Follow up on their training plan.
- Get involved in new projects.
- Collaborate with other teams.
