Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations and staff performance
Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in nursing (NLN-accredited) or a 4-year degree (preferred)
Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of California
2+ years RN experience, with at least 1 year in home health or a related field
Supervisory experience within the last 3 years

Salary Range: $95,000 to $120,000 annually
