Responsibilities

→Provide hands-on G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care, including monitoring and support, as applicable to the patient.
→Assess patient status, recognize changes in condition, and respond appropriately to patient needs, including respiratory needs and ventilator alarms when applicable.
→Follow individualized care plans and physician orders while providing safe, independent care in the home.
→Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical care team to support quality patient outcomes.

Requirements:

→Active RN or LPN license in Nevada.
→At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
→Recent, hands-on experience with G-tubes and tracheostomies. Recent ventilator experience highly preferred.
→Current hands-on CPR/BLS certification .
→Negative TB test within the past year
