- →Assess patient status, identify changes in condition, and respond appropriately to respiratory needs and vent alarms.
- →Follow individualized care plans and physician orders while providing safe, independent care in the home.
- →Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical care team to support quality outcomes.
- →Active RN in Texas
- →At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
- →Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
- →Current hands-on CPR certification .
- →Negative TB test within last 12 months
