Responsibilities

→Provide hands-on ventilator monitoring and G-tube care.
→Assess patient status, identify changes in condition, and respond appropriately to respiratory needs and vent alarms.
→Follow individualized care plans and physician orders while providing safe, independent care in the home.
→Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical care team to support quality outcomes.

Requirements:

→Active RN or LPN license in Nevada.
→At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
→Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with ventilators and G-tubes.
→Current hands-on CPR/BLS certification .
→Negative TB test within the past year
