Define and build a framework that links and unifies planning, implementation and monitoring activities across worldwide field marketing.

Support regional team and leadership in development and execution of core sales strategies

Work seamlessly and effectively across Enterprise Marketing, Sales Operations and Finance teams to develop highly aligned and effective cross-organizational processes, reporting, and feedback/input mechanisms.

A track record demonstrating proficiency in operational methods - planning, implementation and monitoring.
High level of energy and situational adaptability.
Consistent record to effectively work in matrix organisations and present informal leadership.
Shown ability to interact optimally across groups, and to work effectively with executives.
Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills.
