• Solid software development experience (Python / Java / JavaScript / Flutter).
• Experience with REST API design and integration development.
• Knowledge of AI, NLP, and LLM-based systems (RAG pipelines, Agentic AI, prompt engineering).
• Ability to contribute to architecture design, thinking through how systems should be structured.

• Knowledge of data privacy and cryptographic primitives (digital signatures, trusted timestamping, audit trail generation).

   

• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to privacy-enhancing technologies (federated learning, homomorphic encryption).
• Knowledge of verifiable credentials or blockchain-based audit trails.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and enforcement pipelines.

• Organized, proactive, and communicates clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong written communication skills, able to contribute to technical reports, documentation and deliverables with clarity and precision.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple concurrent tasks.
• A pragmatic approach to problem solving.
