- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- →Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define processes, workflows, and future-state requirements.
- →Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- →Configure and validate ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
- →Support testing activities including UAT, defect management, and go-live readiness.
- →Collaborate with developers, architects, and process owners to drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
