Senior Waiter / Waitress

NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel. NYNN is initiated and bootstrapped by Temes S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.  

Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members’ club, located at The Ilisian. Spread across three levels and over 5,500 SQM, House of NYNN is designed for balance - where pleasure, work, fitness, and wellbeing come together effortlessly. Thoughtfully curated spaces include laid-back dining, vibrant bars, smart workspaces, next-gen fitness, and the largest outdoor pool in central Athens. As a Senior Waiter/Waitress, you will contribute to the team’s success by undertaking the following responsibilities: 

• Serve food and beverages with style, ensuring quality, presentation, and service standards. 
• Anticipate guests’ needs, handle special requests with professionalism and provide expert menu recommendations. 
• Utilise POS systems to take accurate orders and operate the cashier system for seamless payment processing. 
• Maintain cleanliness, follow health & safety protocols, and ensure a welcoming environment. 
• Supervise and mentor junior waiters, fostering teamwork and professional growth. 

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role 
• Familiarity with Micros POS 
• Advanced knowledge of wine is a plus 
• Fluent command of English and Greek  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
