Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prepare detailed budgets and justifications for grant application.
- →Work with Principal Investigators to confirm final budget and subcontracts.
- →Work with investigators to identify and organize all components necessary for grant submission.
- →Compiling and formatting applications to meet sponsor specifications and deadlines.
- →Working with OSP to ensure review of all application materials and timely submission of all documents.
- →Review Biographical sketches and Other Support documents for investigators.
- →Assisting Principal Investigators in the preparation of Post Submission material, Just in Time requests, progress, interim and final reports as per the sponsor's guidelines and deadlines.
- →Compiling and submitting to OSP, all documents required to facilitate the execution of subcontracts.
- →Other duties as assigned
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor's Degree and (2) or more years of related experience in sponsored projects in a sponsored projects environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Ability to work within financial systems
- A high degree of literacy and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe
