Crossing Creeks Country Club | Full-Time

Crossing Creeks Country Club is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to help maintain and improve our beautiful golf course and club facilities.

This is not a desk job. It’s a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that helps create an exceptional experience for our members and guests every day.

From golf course upkeep and landscaping to facility repairs and property improvements, no two days look exactly the same.

• →Help maintain the golf course, clubhouse, and surrounding property
• →Assist with landscaping, mowing, trimming, and turf care
• →Support irrigation system maintenance and repairs
• →Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property
• →Help keep facilities clean, safe, and guest-ready
• →Operate equipment and tools safely and responsibly
• →Work closely with leadership and teammates to complete daily projects
• →Provide friendly, professional interactions with members and guests

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Someone who enjoys hands-on, active work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and willing to jump in where needed
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Previous landscaping, maintenance, golf course, irrigation, or turf experience is a plus — but we’re willing to train the right person

This position requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors for extended periods of time. Candidates must be able to safely perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
