Customer Service Rep OMS

• →Provide customer support via web chat, phone and/or email.
• →Assist in the preparation of reports and recording keeping regarding E-Commerce sales.
• →Assist sales representatives in expediting and follow‑up of orders.
• →Assist with incoming customer calls by directing them to the appropriate individual or department needed to resolve problems or complaints.
• →Provide support to the sales staff in its effort to give customers the best possible quality and service.
• →Quality Responsibility: Responsible for providing error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.

• First Shift, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
• Experience with ERP system, preferred.
• Able to work in a high-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 2- or 4-year degree, or equivalent experience, required.
• Speak conversational English.
