O2B Kids is part of O2B Early Education, which began in Gainesville, FL, in 1998. Since then, we've expanded across Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama, and Minnesota—with many more locations on the horizon, including several new states.

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new Bentonville, AR location, scheduled for January 2027! In addition, we are also opening a centers in Fayetteville and West Fayetteville around the same time. You only need to apply once to be considered for all locations.

Training and experience is preferred, but we are a willing to train and support education through scholarships. There are some positions where specific credentials may be required.

• CDA, Associates Degree, or higher (preferred but not required)

• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old (preferred but not required)
