Pay Range- $80,000-$90,000

The Regional Maintenance Specialist will support our senior living communities throughout Southern California. Up to 95% Travel Required. Travel to assigned Communities based on need and priority. Travel assignments may be for extended periods of time and may frequently change; flexibility and availability are required.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Prefer minimum two (2) years’ experience in residential maintenance and/or housekeeping handling the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing and structural matters.
Knowledge of building construction, budgeting, expense management preventative maintenance software, and basic computer skills.
Prefer at least one (1) year experience supervising and managing employees.
