You will be required to assist in all aspects of customer support coordination and service delivery, ensuring that customer enquiries, requests, and concerns are handled efficiently and professionally.

Managing the day-to-day coordination of customer requests, including responding to enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.

This will require you to monitor support channels, track requests, escalate complex matters when required, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, or support platforms.
  • Coordinate customer requests with relevant internal teams.
  • Track and manage open cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within internal systems or CRM platforms.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams when required.
  • Monitor service requests and ensure service level expectations are met.
  • Assist with maintaining organised records of customer communications.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding the progress of their requests.

You will be fully trained in the internal processes and systems and will be responsible for managing and prioritising your daily workload while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

  • Experience working with CRM systems or customer support platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
