Customer Care Officer (AU Client – Hybrid, 1 Day per Month in Office)
Quick Summary
You will be required to assist in all aspects of customer support coordination and service delivery, ensuring that customer enquiries, requests, and concerns are handled efficiently and professionally.
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or coordination roles is preferred. Experience working with CRM systems or customer support platforms is an advantage. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
You will be responsible for supporting customer care operations, ensuring timely coordination of training-related activities, and maintaining accurate student and CRM records while meeting compliance and service delivery standards.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage client communications via email, addressing training inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to resolve concerns.
- Oversee the national admin inbox, triaging emails and assigning them to the appropriate teams.
- Record student outcomes and issue training certificates in line with competency requirements.
- Coordinate with onshore teams and trainers to meet SOA (Statement of Attainment) timelines and service metrics.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on missing documents, course packs, and incomplete SOAs.
- Perform CSQ-related tasks including eligibility checks, funding approvals, data validation, claim submissions, and reconciliation.
- Maintain CRM data integrity by merging duplicate records and updating student statuses.
- Perform data entry tasks including uploading IDs and encoding enrolment forms.
- Ensure all customer and student records are accurate and up to date.
- Provide backup support to team members during leave periods or peak workloads.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in customer service, administration, or training coordination.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to manage client inquiries professionally.
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining data accuracy.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in training or education-related environments is an advantage.
