You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads lead generation. Your role will focus on driving high-quality leads, increasing conversion rates, and maximising return on advertising spend through data-driven marketing strategies and continuous campaign optimisation.
You will manage the day-to-day execution of paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, conversion tracking, performance analysis, and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, lead generation strategies, and campaign performance metrics to ensure marketing objectives are consistently achieved.
This role requires maintaining accurate campaign data, leveraging digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve lead generation outcomes and overall marketing performance.
This role includes a performance-based commission structure, providing additional earning opportunities based on the achievement of agreed lead generation, conversion, and campaign performance targets.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing networks.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for lead generation and campaign growth.
- Develop, write, and test compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences and campaign objectives.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Define, develop, and refine target audience segments based on campaign objectives and market insights.
- Implement audience targeting and geo-targeting strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Build and manage remarketing audiences to engage and nurture prospective customers.
- Set up, maintain, and optimise Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking systems.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate actionable insights from campaign data to support marketing decisions and strategy development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve landing page performance and user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, calls-to-action, landing pages, and other conversion elements.
- Recommend and implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives to improve lead quality and campaign results.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly campaign performance reports, highlighting key results, insights, and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and improve overall marketing ROI.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation and ensure adherence to digital marketing best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Support ad hoc marketing initiatives and projects as required by management.
Requirements
~2 min read- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, performance marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Experience managing B2B marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, audience targeting, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated experience optimising campaigns to improve CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and implementing conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies.
- Proficiency in reporting, campaign analysis, and performance measurement.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for digital advertising.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Understanding of SEO principles, including on-page and technical SEO.
- Experience with local SEO strategies and geographically targeted campaigns.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other B2B advertising platforms.
- Experience creating marketing content for professional services or B2B industries.
