Regional Security Manager - Northshore/MS Gulf Coast

Required - Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field

Required - 7 years of related experience including 5 years of supervision or management experience

Preferred- Experience in an ambulatory care setting

Required - Valid Louisiana driver’s license

• Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information.   Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process
• Skilled in design and application of computerized and electronic intrusion detection, access control and video surveillance systems
• Exhibits skills to manage within a budget and understand financial statements sufficient to analyze trends and make recommendations

• Commands all security shifts including supervision of Lieutenants, Sergeants, Officers and contracted services.
• Coordinates training exercises, drills and preparedness training in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintains current and effective EOC Management Plans for Security, Emergency Preparedness,  and evaluate the plans on a yearly basis.
• Conducts interviewing, hiring, performance review and corrective action of employees.
• Develops and implements improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Security leadership.
• Assists with management of the Emergency Preparedness function.
