Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team, building and maintaining a cloud-based case management system for a major federal financial regulatory agency.

• →Design, develop, and maintain full stack features using Java on the backend and React on the frontend
• →Build and optimize integrations with external datasets and downstream enterprise systems
• →Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub on AWS
• →Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code aligned with DevSecOps practices
• →Ensure all interfaces meet Section 508 accessibility standards
• →Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver consistent, reliable improvements
• →Support system reliability, performance, and security within an AWS cloud environment

• Strong proficiency in Java for backend development
• Hands-on experience with React for frontend development
• Experience working in AWS environments including services such as Aurora PostgreSQL, S3, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Understanding of federal security compliance frameworks including FISMA and NIST 800-53 is a plus
• Experience integrating with enterprise data systems or APIs is a plus
• Thrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working closely with a cross-functional team
• Communicates clearly and openly, whether in a code review or a cross-team planning session
• Performs other related duties as assigned
