Now, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and help scale Jotun.gg’s growth. The ideal candidate understands the dynamics of media buying, esports advertising, and esports betting. This is a role for someone who can build long-term partner relationships, drive account growth, and support strategic expansion across media. ● Play a foundational role in keeping our campaigns and internal operations running smoothly
● Maintain accurate CRM systems and ensure data integrity across platforms
● Support campaign workflows from setup to execution with precision and care
● Help create clarity and structure in day-to-day processes
● Identify inefficiencies and contribute to smarter, more streamlined ways of working
● Build and improve internal infrastructures that strengthen team productivity
● Gain hands-on exposure to the advertising ecosystem and operational best practices
● Develop strong operational fundamentals with room to grow into more strategic responsibilities

● Meticulous attention to detail — you catch inconsistencies others miss and take pride in getting things exactly right
● Experience with data entry and maintaining structured systems
● Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and operational platforms
● A structured, organized way of thinking and working
● Creative problem-solving skills — you don’t just flag inefficiencies, you propose better ways to do things
● The ability to build and improve infrastructures that streamline workflows and routines
● Strong sense of ownership and reliability
