Coordinate player rosters, match schedules, and stream planning to ensure seamless execution of all content.

Oversee the daily operations, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to defined standards.

Proactively identify and resolve operational or technical issues.

Create and maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation related to studio operations.

Support onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring smooth integration.

Assist in testing, improving, and implementing operational tools, trackers, and workflows.

Support studio setup, scaling activities, and other operational initiatives as required.

Handle ad hoc operational tasks to ensure uninterrupted studio functioning.

Experience in operations or shift-based environments, ideally in 24/7 operational environments with a strong understanding of shift-based workforce management.

Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.

Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to react quickly in live operational environments.

Basic technical understanding of software tools and computer hardware; ability to troubleshoot common issues.

High attention to detail, especially in scheduling, reporting, and data accuracy.

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.

Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable working in shift-based roles.
